Mastering Technical Excellence

Engaged in Constructional and Engineering Contracting focused on technical projects, culminating in the Final Handover phase. This involved the seamless transition of completed projects to clients, ensuring quality assurance and meeting specified requirements.

Pioneering Project Management

We specialized in Project Management with a focus on Project Closeout, exemplified by our notable involvement in meticulous projects such as the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant. Our expertise ensured the successful completion and delivery of intricate projects within specified parameters.

Transformative Facility Management

We ventured into Architectural Design Services, specializing in Building Design Construction. Notably, our proposal for the William Hare Warehouse involves an estimated cost of AED 220 million, reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation in construction projects.

Elevating Excellence in Project and Construction Management

We excelled in Project Management Services as the Client Representative for prestigious clients like Forsan Central Mall in Khalifa City. Additionally, our expertise in Construction Management was showcased through the successful completion of the PIERS project (we complete the incomplete).

Seamless Operational Readiness

We spearheaded Operational Readiness with our Airport Transitions (ORAT) Services, showcasing our expertise at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. Our commitment to seamless transitions ensures optimal operational readiness for enhanced performance in airport operations.

Transformative ORAT/Specialized Systems/Project Clseout

Incorporating our expertise in ORAT Management, specialized systems, garbage chute installations, and distinctive painting techniques, we enhanced the aesthetic and functional aspects of Abu Dhabi International Airport. Our attention to detail transforms spaces, contributing to a unique and innovative airport environment.
